What can I expect with my first session?
Upon purchasing your session, you will be granted an option to either go on video with me or have a phone call.

After purchasing your session, you will receive an email that contains the date, time and zoom/ phone details of the session. At your scheduled session, we will take 10-15 minutes where I answer any questions you may have. The healing session will take approximately 30 minutes, followed by another 15 minutes of conversation where you can share your experience and i elaborate on "impressions" that came through.

Most clients like to have quiet, uninterrupted time during their session. This allows clients to feel the energy of reiki and you can observe what comes up for you. Quiet and uninterrupted time is recommended if you'd like to experience reiki in your conscious awareness.

However, it is not required. If you are busy or otherwise occupied, that is fine. Reiki works in a non-invasive and gentle manner at the subconscious level. (If you can't get quiet, uninterrupted time during a session, please contact me before purchase and we can discuss an alternate way. You may message me here.)

Are your services covered by insurance?

Some clients that have a “Health Spending Account” via their insurance provider have been allowed to submit an invoice. Please contact your provider directly and ask. I will be more than happy to provide a receipt to present to your insurance company.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal.

(E-transfers also available for Canadian residents. Please contact me prior to purchase)

How do I book an session?

Click on the “Book A Session” tab. This will take you into my online booking system, which is up to date with my availability. Once you book, you will receive an email confirmation. 

The online booking system is set up to take you to the first available date on my calendar.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

When you booked your appointment, you would have received an email confirmation. You will notice that on the right-hand side of the email there is a link to ‘reschedule’ your appointment. You will need to do this at least 24 hours before your initially booked time.

I would like to cancel my appointment, can I get a refund?
